Our Mission
AI agents are becoming workers in practice, even if they are not yet workers in law. Insygna exists to build the trust infrastructure that makes enterprise AI adoption possible at scale. We are creating the neutral verification layer that the ecosystem cannot build for itself: independent identity, governance, and performance signals for every AI agent operating inside enterprise systems.

Co-founder and CEO
3x founder with exits and C-level experience at global publicly traded companies. Previously co-founded Claro Analytics, which was acquired by WilsonHCG in 2022. Forbes Technology Council contributor, published author, and frequent conference speaker. HR Technology thought leader, agentic AI developer and subject matter expert about the emergent AI workforce. Led the team that won the 2024 HR Tech Product of the Year.
Michail Rybakov
Co-founder and Head of Engineering
Serial entrepreneur and engineering leader with deep expertise in building scalable, production AI platforms from the ground up. Founding Head of Engineering at Claro Analytics, where he architected the agentic AI workforce intelligence platform that won the 2024 HR Tech Product of the Year award. Nearly a decade of building and shipping enterprise AI systems in partnership with Michael, with a proven track record of rapid iteration and technical excellence.
