Co-founder and CEO
3x founder with exits and C-level experience at global publicly traded companies. Previously co-founded Claro Analytics, which was acquired by WilsonHCG in 2022. Forbes Technology Council contributor, published author, and frequent conference speaker. HR Technology thought leader, agentic AI developer and subject matter expert about the emergent AI workforce. Led the team that won the 2024 HR Tech Product of the Year.
Michail Rybakov
Co-founder and Head of Engineering
Entrepreneurial engineering leader with expertise in building secure, scalable, AI native platforms from zero to enterprise scale. Founding Head of Engineering at Claro Analytics, where he architected the agentic AI workforce intelligence platform that won the 2024 HR Tech Product of the Year award. A decade of building enterprise AI systems in partnership with Michael, with a proven track record of building tangible stakeholder value.
